Environmentally friendly VCI anti-rust masterbatch

LH/DM160 (product model) multi-metal vapor phase anti-rust plastic masterbatch is a white to milky white environmentally friendly vapor phase anti-rust masterbatch made by mixing polyolefin resin, VCI and other additives through extrusion. It is mainly used for rust protection of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.

Features :

● No nitrites, no secondary amines. ;

● No phosphates, chromium or other heavy metals that may be harmful to humans or the environment;

● VCI ingredients have only a slight and mild odor and are non-irritating. ;

● VCI's anti-rust protection can penetrate deep into the inner cavity and deep holes of the workpiece;

● Does not affect any electrical operation or equipment use;

● No residue on the surface, almost no surface treatment is required.

● Save customers indirect costs such as cleaning, corrosion losses and product complaints.

Product Application:

Applicable to the vapor phase anti-rust film for industrial packaging produced by extrusion blow molding. Applicable metals: steel (carbon steel, stainless steel), iron, cast iron, copper and copper alloys, zinc and zinc alloys, aluminum alloys and other metals.

Precautions

1. Base resin: blown film grade polyethylene resin (LDPE/LLDPE/MDPE/HDPE).

2. Addition ratio: 80-100 microns for single-layer film, the recommended addition ratio is 2%-3%.

3. Blown film temperature: extrusion blow molding, the processing temperature is lower than 197℃.

4. When producing anti-rust film, the working environment should be kept ventilated and dry.

5. The remaining anti-rust masterbatch should be re-packaged in moisture-proof packaging for standby use.

Storage and preservation:

●The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 18℃-25℃.

●Avoid direct sunlight, fire and pollutants.

●Keep sealed, shelf life 1 year

Packaging method:

Carton barrel, box, or packaging agreed with the customer.
