Contact hub annealing
Nickel tubes or contact hubs are extremely worn components for multi-wire resistance annealer machines.
Our hubs are made of 45# steel tube coated nickel, which has a thickness of up to 3mm. This results in reduced durability and machine downtime, which can cause the machine to plummet. upkeep and reduce some additional dangers.
In the meanwhile, our products are available in several sizes upon customer request and fit Frigeco, Niehoff, Samp, Sictra, Henrich, and Eurodraw, among other wire machines.
Compared to solid nickel tubes, our nickel-coated steel hubs are reasonably priced.
